Junior RFP Specialist
- Must write the RFI (Request-for-Information)/ RFP (Request-for-Proposal) responses under deadline pressure
- May require to work odd hours and doing occasional overnight shifts while coordinating sales, engineering, professional services and in some cases partner input and support
- Building a database for responses that are required for RFI/RFP's as they come in
- Will need to collect a group of clients that can act as reference clients and also gather information, eg. financial data, company background.
- Maintain all of the RFI/RFP's that have been submitted by Sales
Requirements:
- Must have IT and business documentation experience and understand human resources and learning and development technology issues
- Must be a well organized, self-starter who does not need to be closely managed
- Must be an excellent verbal communicator and have proven technical and sales writing skills
- Prefer experience in similar field, i.e., writing professional quality copy to deadline (perhaps for a technology magazine or equivalent), and technology marketing or sales experience with a global company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be a team player with the ability to quickly get to the right people and get responses as required
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and often manage several projects simultaneously
- Detail orientated and a sharp eye for attention to detail
